China and U.S. CDCs Hold the 28th Technical Exchange Teleconference

On the morning of March 27, 2024, Beijing time, the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (China CDC) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (U.S. CDC) jointly held the 28th technical exchange video conference. This session's theme was focused on the Surveillance and antimicrobial resistance of Mycoplasma Pneumonia. Over thirty experts participated in the meeting. Moreover, the conference featured special guest Professor Zhou Zhemin and his team from Suzhou Medical College of Soochow University, who shared their latest research discoveries.

Both sides underscored the necessity of ongoing investment and research into the disease burden caused by this field and agreed on the importance of sustaining the dialogue and collaboration between China CDC and U.S. CDC.
