Kickoff Meeting Held for the Agent Driven Full Lifecycle Management Platform for Disease Control Information Standards
On January 15, 2026, a kickoff meeting for the project to build an agent-driven full-lifecycle management platform for disease control information standards was held at the Center’s Nanwei Road office area. The project is supported by the National Science and Technology Major Project topic titled “Prototype Development of an Integrated Demonstration Platform for Social Data-Driven Governance of Major Infectious Diseases.” It aims to develop an AI-assisted management platform that covers key stages of disease control information standards, including standards planning and project initiation, development, and review. The meeting was chaired by Ma Jiaqi, the topic lead and the Center’s Chief Expert in Health Information.
The meeting clarified the project’s main tasks, technical approach, and timeline. It emphasized the principles of domestic development, open source, and no additional payments. A security framework combining two-factor authentication and zero-trust will be used. Priority work includes local deployment of a domestic open source foundation model, building a local knowledge base for current and historical standards, and custom development of agent-specific applications. The project will also build a secure and controllable collaborative agent management system, enable multi-terminal access and tiered permission management, and reserve extensible interfaces for functions related to standards validation and evaluation. Next, the project team will continue to develop a dedicated mechanism for joint creation of specialized agents, promote deeper integration of business logic and technology, and explore user-independent workspaces and shared agent application mechanisms.
The kickoff meeting marks a key step toward more intelligent, traceable, secure, and controllable management of disease control information standards. It also lays a solid foundation for building an efficient, trustworthy, and sustainable standardized digital infrastructure.
