The Office of Science and Technology is mainly responsible for the management of scientific research projects, research achievements, scientific research integrity and medical ethics, and key laboratories, as well as entry-exit of human genetic resources in the China CDC.

The Office of Education and Training (Graduate School) organizes and provides graduate education and post-doctoral training in the China CDC.
Office of International Cooperation (Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs)

The Office of International Cooperation (Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs) is responsible for drafting and implementing the international cooperation policies and action plans.
Office of Laboratory Management

The Office of Laboratory Management oversees and guides the safety and quality management of all laboratories at the China CDC, plays a central role in the management of laboratory biosafety and pathogenic resources preservation nationwide.
Office of Network and Information Security Management
