The Office of International Cooperation (Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs) is responsible for drafting and implementing the international cooperation policies and action plans; conducting technical exchange activities, coordinating and managing cooperation projects; reviewing and facilitating the approval formalities for international cooperation activities and projects; coordinating cooperation and exchanges with the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan of China.
