Occupational Health and Poison Control
Occupational health focuses on the health problems arising from humans engaged in various jobs. It aims to protect workers from harmful factors during the occupational activities including working environment impact on workers' health and preventive strategies.
Only by creating comfortable and reasonable working conditions can we ensure that all workers are healthy physically and mentally. Prevention of occupational and related diseases can reduce sickness and absence due to injury and improve labor productivity. Accordingly, occupational health is a type of preventive medicine.
